Exchange and Refunds Policy



Items purchased from our physical store or website can be exchanged in-store within 14 days from purchase date given they are in the same condition. Food, Treats and accessories (including toys) may only be exchanged if they are in their initial condition (Food bags or cans not open nor damaged, accessories with their tags as delivered). Beds may not be exchanged due to ticks and flea risks of infection for the safety of our store and other pets. Hygiene and feeding set products cannot be exchanged.




Items may be returned and refunded only in the case where they are spoiled or damaged. Please visit our store or contact us on +971 50 112 1546 or if you wish to return any item for such reasons.
